Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, please complete the Return Request form and return the item within fifteen days of the date of receipt for a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. Gift recipients are entitled to a merchandise exchange only. Returns must be in saleable, unaltered condition in the original gift box. Please pack carefully and insure for the full value. GemEssence Designs will not be responsible for losses incurred as a result of inadequate packing or insurance valuation. Please report damage claims within five days of receipt. Save all packing materials and carton for inspection.
